For orders exceeding PKR 1000, or orders delivering to Rural areas, customers must pay the total amount in advance via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer.
We are a concierge service, not a restaurant. Users must specify the exact store/restaurant name (e.g., "HFC", "MS-Mart"). If unspecified, our riders will choose the best available option nearby.
Data Collection: We collect your Name, Email, Phone Number, and Delivery Address solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders.
Verification: All accounts must be verified via Email to prevent spam. Unverified accounts will be deleted after 48 hours.
Data Sharing: We do not sell your data. Your phone number and address are shared only with the assigned Rider for the duration of the active order.
Liability: BringIt (Snakode Technologies) acts as a delivery agent. We are not responsible for the quality of food/products prepared by third-party vendors.
Refunds: Refunds are processed as Wallet Credits only. Cash refunds are not available.
Misconduct: Harassment of riders or support staff will result in an immediate permanent ban and potential legal action.
